Introducing FangGora
A rugged lower-leg armour system combining rigid internal PP panels with heavy-duty 1000D ballistic nylon to safeguard against snake bites, razor-sharp thorns, and rough undergrowth.
Without FangGora
- Constant worry about adder strikes when pushing through tall heather
- Shins and calves lacerated by brutal brambles, blackthorn, and sharp gorse
- Sweating through stiff, heavy snake boots that cause excruciating heel blisters
- Flimsy canvas gaiters getting shredded after one afternoon in the brush
With FangGora
- Rigid PP inner panels physically stop snake fangs, blackthorn, and wire
- 1000D ballistic nylon resists rough abrasive scrub, gorse, and mud
- Quick-release buckles allow fast fitting over any walking or work boots
- Lightweight, breathable feel that keeps you moving fast without blistering
Why FangGora Leads the Way
Engineered for unpredictable British terrain, dense moorland, and wild overseas adventures, keeping your lower legs protected against fangs, thorns, and sharp undergrowth.
Hard Polypropylene PP Inner Panels
Engineered with impact-resistant polypropylene (PP) inner panels that create a solid, impenetrable shield around your lower legs, deflecting snake fangs and preventing puncture wounds.
- High-density PP panels stop fang and thorn penetration
- Ergonomically curved to fit calves naturally
- Lightweight composite barrier without cumbersome weight
Heavy-Duty 1000D Nylon Outer Shell
Enclosed in an ultra-tough 1000D ballistic nylon outer shell built to withstand punishing scrapes against gorse bushes, jagged rocks, dense bracken, and rusted barbed wire.
- Tear-resistant 1000D tight-weave nylon construction
- Repels water, mud, and debris on soggy moorlands
- Reinforced heavy-duty perimeter stitching for years of wear
Dual Quick-Release Buckles
Put on or take off your gaiters in seconds without taking your boots off. Dual quick-release buckles and adjustable webbing ensure an immovable, customised fit over your trousers.
- Dual quick-release buckles for instant fitting and removal
- Heavy-duty adjustable webbing straps to fit all calf sizes
- Reinforced under-foot strap holds gaiters securely in position
360° Wrap-Around Coverage
The wrap-around 360° layout provides unbroken protection from the ankle collar up to the knee, eliminating vulnerable blind spots across rough and overgrown country trails.
- Unbroken 360° lower-leg shield from ankle to knee
- Generous 35cm height covers the primary strike zone
- Ideal for UK hillwalking, stalking, bushcraft, and travel
Impenetrable Leg Defence in 3 Easy Steps
No removing your muddy boots or wrestling with stiff zippers. Armoured lower-leg defence ready in three simple steps.
Position Around Boot
Wrap the gaiter comfortably around your lower leg and route the heavy-duty retention strap beneath the sole of your walking boot.
Snap & Cinch Straps
Snap the dual quick-release buckles shut and pull the heavy-duty webbing straps to achieve a customised, non-slip fit around your calf.
Trek With Confidence
Trek through deep heather, dense gorse, thorny scrub, and snake-prone terrain knowing your shins and calves are fully armoured.

Trusted by 10,000+ Adventurers Across the UK
"I spend days deer stalking and hillwalking through dense heather and gorse across the Highlands. FangGora strapped straight over my boots in seconds. They've saved my shins from countless punctures and give genuine peace of mind when crossing adder habitat. Outstanding piece of kit."
"Walking through deep bracken on Dartmoor used to make me nervous about adder strikes and tick bites. These gaiters wrap firmly around the calf without feeling stifling. The 1000D nylon is rock solid, and the under-boot strap keeps them perfectly anchored in mud."
"Bought these before an overseas trek and now use them regularly back home for clearing thick blackthorn and bramble scrub. Incredible puncture resistance—thorns that tore through my heavy work trousers just bounce off. Wouldn't head off-trail without them."
